Window Wanderland is planned to be a fantastic festival of light as residents, businesses and schools illuminate the streets in Andover by creating fun window displays. This magical neighbourhood walking trail can be explored and enjoyed by the whole community the last weekend in November in Andover.
Become a Window maker
TVBC invites everyone to join in and become Windowmakers. It’s completely free to take part and everyone is welcome. You can make a display in the windows of your home, business, school, nursery, shop, car or pub! Your display could be as simple as a candle, book or fairy-lights in a window, you could recreate some lockdown artwork or share your favourite thing about winter. Let your imagination go wild! Anything goes… as long as it’s family friendly!
We have signed up our window at The Andover Radio Studio
They will be running workshops across the town in October and November led by artists to help you realise your ideas.You can register your interest for workshops at The Lights box office, which is open Monday to Wednesday 10am to 2pm. Register your window
Once you’re ready to take part or you’re all set with your idea then simply register your window with the Andover event. This will create a map for the trail weekend here.
The event will take place on the weekend of Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th November from 5-9pm. A special event to start celebrating the winter season in Andover will be complimented by the Christmas Tree Festival at Vigo Park and the Christmas market in the town centre.
