New year day activities

Please remember that local family attractions such as Riverside Bowl, Finkley down farm, Jungle Jungle, Merlins Kingdom. Will all be closed on New Years Day, so that the staff who work at these places can enjoy new years day at home .

A Family walk

Take time to escape the hustle and bustle and bring in the new year with a family stroll. Be sure to wrap up warm and go explore the great outdoors.

Ladies walk,Andover

The site is accessible from Old Winton Road off the Winchester Road.

The oldest walk in Andover.

This walk is suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs and seating is provided along the route. You can see the whole of Andover from up here. On wet days be sure to take your wellies it gets very muddy.

Danebury Hillfort

near Stockbridge, SO20 8UL
Danebury Iron Age hill fort, in Hampshire, is over 2500 years old. It is situated North West of Stockbridge and close to Nether Wallop. It is open all day with FREE entry and FREE parking.Walk round the top of the old fort or run up and down the hills.Be sure to wrap up warm as this is an open space that’s exposed with little shelter.
