Quickstep over to The Lights for Strictly Dance. Classes open to all abilities!

With Strictly Come Dancing reaching its milestone 20th season, Strictly fever has swooped the nation once again. But where is there in Andover to dance and exercise with likeminded people?

The Lights has the answer! Strictly Dance weekly classes are on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays at the Andover venue!

Dancing can be a way to get fit and stay fit. This, plus the social impact of being with people looking to have fun and get fit at the same time can have a crucially positive effect on mental exercise too. Whether it’s Salsa, Cha, Cha, Cha, the Waltz or Quickstep… It’s a fantastic way to have fun in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Strictly Dance classes are open to Beginners looking to improve their dance capabilities. Solo dancers and couples are invited to take part in classes that they see fit.

With classes both in the evenings and in the daytime, Strictly Dance’s timetable means those looking to start, or continuing their dance journey have options throughout the week.

Here is a breakdown of the classes on offer this season:

Monday:
Couples Beginners at 6pm

Beginners, Solo (Get fit & Dance) at 8pm

Tuesday:
Couples Improvers (Stage 1) at 6:15pm

Wednesday:

Solo Complete Beginners at 12:45pm

All classes are led by Pam How and are £6 per person, per week. The first session is free but must also be pre-booked (as do all classes).
