‘WE’RE BORED! What can we do?” That is a question that nearly every parent, grandparent, parental guardian, childminder or carer will be asked over the next few weeks.
Well, here’s a list that might just help. There is loads happening in and around Andover but here is a local guide. Not all are listed as we’re sure plenty more is going on but here is what we have picked up. FOUR FUN FRIDAYS
This free event will be held every Friday in the High Street throughout August (5,12,19,26} from 11am – 3pm. There will be Creative Workshops, Storytelling, Street Theatre and much more on offer.

Arts and crafts for 6-11yr olds on selected dates throughout the summer holidays (2, 4, 9, 10, 11,16, 23, 25 August) Different theme for each session including Seaside,Mexico and Fairground.
Afternoon session: 1.15-4.00pm
£15 a session or £27 for a whole day
There are also a couple of sessions for older children 12-14 yrs planned for 8th and 15th August.

16th, 23rd and 30th July
Have a go at being an archaeologist and find out how they find, clean and record their finds.This activity is suitable for children aged 5+. Children must be accompanied by an adult
Drop in sessions 11am -2pm and 2-4pm.
There is no need to book and this activity is free, a suggested donation of £3 per child is welcome for the Hampshire Cultural Trust.
