Local estate agents Belvoir! On Bridge Street have been celebrating after they scooped Gold in the prestigious British property awards.
The award was tightly contested in Andover but Belvoir! Came out on top in the lettings agent category.
After a tough year all round for businesses the team at Belvoir! Have adapted and their work and commitment to their clients has been rewarded.
Lettings manager Vicky Bowman said “We’re so thrilled that all the hard work that the team here in Andover have put in over the years, continues to be recognised by the industry. 2020 was a very challenging year for everyone to keep up high levels of customer service, but our team here were determined to not let things slip”.
A statement from the British Property Awards said “Their team performed outstandingly throughout the extensive judging period which focused on customer service levels”
The British Property Awards are one of the most inclusive estate agency awards providers as they do not charge to enter. This has enabled their award to be structured in a manner that ensures maximum participation, on average judging over 90% of agents that meet their minimum criteria on a local level.

Unfortunately, there will not be a glitzy awards ceremony due to COVID but this award truly demonstrates Belvoir! Andover’s Commitment to offer award winning customer service to all their clients.
