CCTV images after teenage boy assaulted in Andover

Officers from Andover Police have released CCTV images following an assault in Andover.

At around 2.50pm on Monday, 18 February a 16-year-old boy was in the Black Swan car park when he was approached by a group of at least ten males, described as being aged between 15 and 18.

Two of them assaulted the boy and a third filmed the attack.

     

During the incident, some of the window panes of Jim’s Barbers were smashed.

A member of the public tried to intervene and the group ran away from the scene. The boy suffered bruising to his head.

PC Ruth Curtis, said, “I am appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident or anyone who recognises those in the CCTV images to get in touch.

“If you have any information about this incident or who these people are”.
