We asked you to send in your photos to present the ‘Best of Andover’ for a calendar to promote our town and surrounding area. Needless to say you responded in droves. The judges have now picked out their winners.
We had over 120 entries into our competition, from all levels of skill in catching those special moments. Whether it was something of Andovers heritage or the natural beauty that surrounds our town.
Our Judges, Chaz Clark, of Chaz Clark Photography, Sue Morris of Sue Morris Photography and Richard Searle of Richard Searle photography had an exceptionally hard job of choosing between all the photos to find our final 12 winners.
From absolutely stunning shots of St. Marys Church to lucious landscapes images of the various lake areas in and around Andover. All photos were considered on their individual merit as well as skill in capturing the image.
The twelve images will now be sent for creating the ‘Best of Andover’ calendar for 2021, With the best of them being used for the cover of the said calendar.
A huge thank you to everyone who had entered. All the entries were fantastic. We’re glad we didn’t have the difficult job of selecting the 12!!!
The first 6 of the 12 are shown here. The next 6 will be shown in 2 weeks
