Hampshire’s leading disability charity, Enham Trust, announces the launch of their new Centenary Gin in partnership with Andover’s Wessex Spirits to mark 100 years of supporting disabled people to live, work and enjoy life.
The collaboration between the charity and local gin specialists began in March of this year and took just shy of 3 months to hit the shelves. In this time, Enham Trust designed, taste-tested and launched a unique rosemary-infused gin, now being hand-crafted and sold by Wessex Spirits with a portion of the proceeds going toward the charity’s vital work.
Kerrie Morley, Fundraising Co-ordinator at Enham Trust, said: “We were just itching to dive in and start working with Wessex Spirits when they contacted us. We’re extremely grateful for the opportunity and thrilled to have done this as part of our centenary year!”
Just like all of Wessex Spirits’ gins and spirits, the charity’s centenary edition was made with fresh and natural ingredients. In fact, the rosemary used was grown and sourced by Enham Trust’s very own gardening team.
Kate Griffin, owner and creator of Wessex Spirits, said: “One of the most important things about a good gin (apart from being delicious) is the story behind it. I particularly love that the fresh rosemary I use to make the gin has been grown by the very people that the money raised will support. I feel it represents everything that the Trust is about. And who knew that drinking gin could do so many good things!”

Every bottle purchased directly contributes to Enham Trust’s cause; supporting disabled people to live, work and enjoy life.
