Cllr Phil North and his Dad

Cllr Phil North said, “A great – if not exhausting day – taking part in the Andover Cycling Festival. I entered the 50-mile sportive with my Dad again this year, which takes in some fantastic scenery (when I wasn’t cursing the hills) across, Hampshire, Wiltshire & the Berkshire border.Fantastic to finish off with a pint from Pete in The Town Mills and a calorie busting waffle from Kelly in Cantos. I’m pleased people are coming from quite long distances to attend. I spoke to entrants from Bristol and Gloucester today – and there were quite a lot of others spending money in the High Street afterwards.”

Fevo Gym in Andover proudly shared news of , Big Al Hoops who “crushed the cycling event”
He completed 85 miles and over 5,000 feet as he climbed on the roads up to Oxfordshire and back to Andover as part of Andover Cycling Festival. Fevo Gym had the privilege of training Al in the build up to the event, working on building up his cardio capacity and recovery.
