That is exactly what Heartfulness Meditation offers – transforming us from the inside out so that we see the world in a new way, without the filters of our limitations.
The Andover Heartfulness Meditation Group meets one Sunday of the month at the beautiful Guildhall in the centre of Andover, the town we love. From the windows, you can see the town before you, Andover’s people busy about their Sunday, while we journey inward, safe and secure and enjoying voyages you probably cannot imagine. Travel out of your current, incomplete self into your real self. Give it a go.
“Sit quietly and just watch the mind and thoughts,
Don’t question or judge anything,
Slowly the thoughts subside and you go into a sort of stillness,
– That alert stillness is the linking with the Absolute”
and so someone sitting still and quiet on a sofa in a front room can be anywhere in the Universe.

Come along from 9.45 am. It’s completely free of charge, but if you want to, you can donate towards the running costs. This could be as much as you like, or nothing at all. You are welcome regardless. There will be tea and coffee and cake afterwards while we talk about our meditation experiences.
