The Test Valley Live at Home Scheme (MHA Charity) are launching an over 60s Cheerleading squad on Wednesday 8th August 2018, from 11am-1pm at Riverside Bowl, Bridge Street, Andover.
Cheerleading has many health benefits and increases social wellbeing, aids weightloss and improves mobility.
Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels so please don’t shy away just because you have never picked up a pair of Pom poms before!
All you will need is a pair of comfy shoes and a smile – Squad t-shirts wil Be provides for those who wish to attend on a regular basis.
Suggeted Donation: £3 per person.
