Intimate Valentine’s Food & Wine Pairing

Come along and join us for a Valentines treat with a difference, spoil your loved one to an intimate evening of canapés and delicious local food with complementing wine for each dish, which will equal the recipe for a truly memorable evening to treasure forever.
The evening will consist of atmospheric music and will be ideal for those with a passion for great quality food and wine. Learn about different wine variations and why they compliment certain foods, hear about our very own wine and vineyard, Bluestone Vineyard from our resident winemaker, Nathaniel McConnell.
7:30pm – Arrive with us and enjoy a glass of bubbly upon arrival with complimenting canapés.
8:00pm – Dinner is served, enjoy a divine main course with a paired wine, to bring out the best flavour of your chosen meal (meat or vegetarian/vegan options also available) using some of the best local ingredients available to us.
9:00pm – Enjoy a talk from Nathaniel, hear about the wines you’ve enjoyed, our wine and our vineyards and ask any questions you might have.
9:30pm – Finish the evening off with a delightful mezzo and cheese selection, polished off with a tasty desert wine, to bring out all of the final flavours of the evening.
