Lantern Making

Lantern Making Workshop.
With just tissue paper, masking tape and withies (thin willow) you will make a lantern. The lanterns are decorated with a variety of materials so you will each make something truly original. They have bamboo canes to carry them aloft and, with an led torch inside, the dancing lights will make a very special effect. We need lots of lantern makers so sign up, get involved and, after Halloween and Bonfire Night keep them safe and join the end of tree planting procession and celebration on December 8th!
Set up help from 8.30 am
Participants sign in opens 10.00 – please be there by 10.15

Children and young people welcome if accompanied by adult volunteers.
