Learn to love yourself

This is an online course – participants will be required to use Zoom.
This relaxed course aims to inspire and build your confidence in yourself and your body and learn how to look after your physical and mental health. We will improve your self-esteem and help you learn to love yourself in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
By the end of the course you will be able to…
- Describe ways of seeing yourself in a more positive light
- Improve your relationship with yourself Describe what selfcare is and why it’s important
- Identify barriers to self-care and ways to overcome them
- Identify 3 ways of practicing self-care Identify how to fit self-care into your busy week and plan it in
- Apply assertive behaviour, set personal boundaries to improve relationships with others.
