AN INCREDIBLE TRUE STORY BROUGHT TO LIFE BY SEARCHLIGHT THEATRE COMPANY AND REGENTS THEOLOGICAL COLLEGE…..
Peter’s mother left him as a baby out in front of a fire that burned 75% of his body; with no toes, no fingers on his left hand and severe scarring his life was bleak. This bleakness led to alcohol, violence, drugs and despair until his sister told him something could save him from the darkness. “Believe. Believe there is something beyond the ashes”
This brand new production from Regents Theological College and Searchlight Theatre Company, accompanied by Peter Gladwin himself, will be touring nationally and asks the painful questions about God’s existence and presence during suffering. The evening will consist of an hour and ten minute play, followed by a short talk and question and answer session with Peter Gladwin, author of ‘Out of the Ashes: The Restoration of a Burned Boy’.
