The 215 – a community art project

This November 2018 Andover Town Council will be supporting a large scale Community Art project to commemorate the centenary of the end of World War One.
With reference to the 215 names on the War Memorial in Andover, a collection of 215 life-size figures will be created.
Each of these figures have been ‘adopted’, and suitably decorated by a school class, community group or organisations in the Andover area.
On the 10th November 2018 these figures will be gathered at Vigo Road Recreation Ground, and will be the centerpiece of a emotional installation art piece.
