To best support Simplyhealth and decision making across our corporate and consumer contact centres, we are seeking a Lead Resource Analyst, to lead and develop a team through the full end to end planning process across all telephony and back office functions.
Based in our Headquarters in Andover, you’ll have oversight of all workload within Resource Management, acting as a point of escalation and cascade of work allocation.
What we are looking for
Working alongside a second lead analyst, you’ll act as a mentor to the Resource Analysts within the team, being the first point of call for any support that they may require and provide Resourcing expertise to the wider team, ensuring what they are producing is accurate and relevant to the requesting business area.
Planning and prioritising the resource workload through the use of JIRA is an essential part of this role, to ensure all stakeholders are fully informed and that delivery is in line with SLA’s so experience of this is a must!
Finally, you’ll need to be a self-motivated individual that can build strong long lasting relationships at all levels, communicate effectively and have prior experience of a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving within a contact entre recourse planning environment.
