Local volunteer charity Test Valley Community Services (TVCS) has announced a new name.
At the organisation’s Annual General Meeting at the Best Western Andover Hotel, Ed Fennell from local design agency Anton Visual unveiled ‘Unity’ as the new name for TVCS.
The organisation which has been in operation for 20 years provides a wide and varied range of community services from Shopmobility, minibus and transport as well as advice and payroll services for community groups.
A new strapline which explains the work of the organisation was also announced as “Putting Unity in the Community“.
“The brand has been kept easily recognisable with a clear identity. It’s clear, clean and fresh”, says Fennell.
The move comes after many years of development, which the board of trustees will ‘help the organisation move forward’.
TVCS CEO Terry Bishop previously told Love Andover, “We are often confused with TVBC and many people think we are the council. We are not the council and it’s really important that we future proof our organisation from future threats with a greater opportunity to develop with this fresh, new image”.
“We will be working with Anton Visual to start to make the transition over the next few months”.
