Ten firefighters from Andover and Ludgershall extinguished a fire in a kitchen in a house on Constable Court in Andover this afternoon (Saturday 5th October).
Fire crews were called at around 2:00pm today after a toaster started the fire in the kitchen at the house. One hose reel and two sets of breathing apparatus were used to tackle the fire with the property subsequently ventilated using a positive pressure fan. The fire was extinguished within 25 minutes.
