David Mellor Family Jewellers have once again managed to scoop a top prize.
At the Retail Jewellers Inspiring Independents Awards, the family run company walked away with the Best Customer Experience Award yesterday (October 17th 2019).
The awards ceremony was held at London.
With five targeted categories, plus awards for the best independent in each region of the UK, the event thoroughly covers the achievements of the entire independent jewellery industry, from Best Customer Experience to Independent Marketing Campaign of the Year.
The respected local jewellers said, “Having been trading for 43 years, accolades such as these are great because they make us look back on how much our business has evolved, from David starting out with a humble market stall in 1976 to now with the entire Mellor family involved; running three busy showrooms, an e-commerce site and a jewellery workshop.
“Our aim is to continue improving our service year-on-year as we wish to provide only the best for our customers – after all, they deserve it for putting up with us for all these years”.
