PC Mark Wardell, said: “This incident is believed to have taken place in the early hours of Friday morning when the alarm was activated at around 2.55am.”

The premises is in a rural location but has a main road running passed the front entrance. Were you driving along the B3057 in the early hours of Friday morning? Did you see anyone looking suspicious on the roadside or any suspicious vehicles parked near the golf club? A vehicle parked at this time of night would look out of place on this road.

I would also like to speak to anyone who may have been approached and offered any power tools for sale. I would urge anyone with any information to get in touch with the police at the earliest opportunity.

Anyone with information should contact PC Wardell at Andover police station on 101 or call Crimestoppers, the charity, anonymously on 0800 555 111.
