Toploader – who hit the chart in 2000 with “Dancing in the Moonlight” – are set to headline the Costa Acoustic Night at The Lights on Saturday 14th September.
Formed in Eastbourne in 1997, their album “Onka’s Big Moka” has sold over a million copies and peaked at #5 in the album charts whilst their single “Dancing in the Moonlight” was a top 10 hit reading #7.
“Dancing in the Moonlight” re-entered the charts last month after a 13 year gap and the band are also set to release a new single at the end of September – so you may hear it live here first!
Also performing at the event are local artists In Darklight, Talking to Amy, Bertie Chattell, Chasing Daisies, One Last Thrill and 3’s a Crowd so it looks set to be another great night of music thanks to Louis at Anton Road Studio and Tony at Max Sound.
