Travellers have arrived in Andover again yesterday, setting up their camp on land owned by developer Taylor Wimpey.
At present only two caravans are present next to the children’s park in front of the new development on Smannell Road.
We are told that the Police are aware of the situation, however the local Taylor Wimpey office knew nothing of their arrival or of plans to remove them.
One local resident, who did not want to be named said “They arrived yesterday, luckily there are only two caravans, we hope there aren’t going to be more“.
