I have memories of a gorgeous life
Filled with excited energy.
I tiredly tumbled down rocks and hill,
It was a fun winding maze.
Like a trickling tap on full power,
I fell, crashing into smooth rocks.
The birds cheered me on,
And the animals bowed to me majestically.
As I reached my destination,
I relaxed and claimed my lily-pad trophies.
The fresh fluorescent flowers awoke mu nostrils,
The landscape awoke my eyes.
I knew that that was the perfect life
As queen of nature,
Guarded by lofty lanky soldiers,
But that life was over.
Factories grew,
Making me smaller, and left me cowering in colossal shadows.
Like ill giants,
They vomited their chimicals into me.
People come and help me if you wish,
I am your legacy.
Help me1
I am clogged with rubbish,
And I reduced to a dribble of filth,
Behind the derelict factories.
You are my only hope, now or never!
