Laughter is good for you
That’s what I have heard
You can’t always be serious
It would be absurd.
Laughter is a medicine
It can help along a cure
Find some fun and happiness
You’ll feel better soon I’m sure.
Laughter is infectious
It can very quickly spread
A disease that all should catch
Not one that we should dread.
Laughter is for young and old
For every race and creed
A hearty giggle every day
Is what each person needs.
Laughter doesn’t cost a thing
It is completely free
Tell your friends a joke or two
Then you’ll surely see.
Laughter just needs excercising
Every single day
If you keep on practising
Your blues will fly away.
