They are looking for photos of the Test and Itchen headwaters, as well as their people, heritage, and wildlife. Whether you’re a camera whizz or a smartphone snapper, capture these amazing places and you could be a winner.
The competition is free to enter and will be judged by professional photographers. There are special ‘Young Photographer’ prizes for under-18s. With £75 of gift vouchers are up for grabs – simply enter by 31 August.

- People exploring the streams and their banks – perhaps volunteers are working in your area, or your family is doing a stream dip.

- Streams within their wider landscapes – try different times of day, underappreciated places, or perspectives that add interesting context.
- Freshwater wildlife – even everyday species can be fascinating; consider the patterns of plants and the fine details of insects.
