Castledown Business Park has never been so full since its development. Yes its true that despite the current situation they have welcomed three new tenants in the past four months. They are getting ready to welcome another tenant to one of their larger units, but in order to get the unit up to scratch they needed to call in some experts and they didn’t have to look very far as they have worked with Willmont Building Services who are also tenants on the business park.
Amanda Foster, Development Officer said “I believe that we have a great business community here at Castledown and it was a pleasure to be able to get Sean and his team to do this work. The unit had to be stripped back to the bare bones so that the new tenant can start again. This meant removing a previous internal office, fixing walls and repairs to the door ways.
“We are hoping to welcome a new tenant on site in a matter of weeks” which means we only have one unit not rented but as we speak we are hoping to secure a tenant upgrade ie a tenant that has a business that is growing and needs more space“
Castledown Enterprise Centre which is also part of the business park offers flexible office space for start up and smaller companies. Here you can rent an office complete with desk, chair and office drawers, at business postal address with Broadband, Telephone and meeting room space (as and when we can hold meetings again) – its all yours on a month by month contract and with FREE parking 24/7 – they currently have four, two desk office space available. Another great option is Co-working space where you don’t get an office but a desk that can be used during working hours – these are only £85 per month.
