Picket Piece Village Hall & Social Club will mark a major milestone this evening as it celebrates its 40th anniversary with a special ticketed event at the Picket Piece Social Club.
Running from 7pm to 11.30pm, the celebration promises a night filled with live entertainment, great food, and a chance for the community to come together in style. Guests will be treated to a welcome drink on arrival before enjoying a full evening of music from local favourites Runaway Train, who are set to deliver a lively soundtrack to the occasion.
Food will be available on the night from SMASHIN’ IT!, offering a selection of freshly prepared dishes to keep partygoers fuelled throughout the event. With the theme of Dress to Impress, attendees are encouraged to don their best outfits as they join in marking four decades of friendship, laughter, and community spirit.
Organisers describe the evening as a celebration of the hall’s important role in village life, commemorating the countless events, gatherings, and memories created since its opening.
The event is strictly ticket-only, with access to the venue and bar limited to ticket holders. While the celebration is primarily a standing event, seating will be available around the venue.
