Police are appealing for witnesses following a road-related incident on Charlton Road, Andover, between 4.45 pm and 5.30 pm on Thursday 21 August 2025.
It was reported that a grey Skoda was driven at a man and a woman. A man in his 20s sustained a minor injury.
A 56-year-old man from Marlborough, Wiltshire has been arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning actual bodily harm (ABH). He has been released on bail until 9 December while enquiries continue.
