Team Mums / Team Thrive has announced an inspiring programme of events for February, continuing its mission to support mums across the Andover area in a friendly, inclusive and non-judgemental space.

Team Mums is a local support group welcoming all mums, offering connection, encouragement and understanding at every stage of motherhood. The group runs weekly coffee mornings every Thursday from 10.30am to 12pm at St Ann’s Hall, Suffolk Road, Andover, creating a safe and relaxed environment where mums can come together, share experiences and feel supported.
February’s programme begins on Thursday 5th February with a Pre-Loved Market, led by Katie and joined by a range of fantastic local businesses from the Andover area. The morning will also feature build-your-own cheesecakes from Kerry’s Cakes, alongside free hand massages provided by Valkyrie Health and Fitness, offering attendees the chance to unwind while supporting local traders.

On Thursday 12th February, the group will host self-defence classes led by Ignite Your Power CIC. The session is designed to help mums build confidence and strength within a safe, supportive setting.
The month concludes on Thursday 26th February with a wellbeing session led by Alina Holanda from RiseR Wellbeing. Her talk, titled “Who Put Guilt in Charge?”, will explore the topic of guilt — something many mums experience — and provide reassurance and practical insight.
Team Mums / Team Thrive encourages mums to come along, relax, connect with others and enjoy a welcoming community that understands the realities of motherhood.
As the group proudly states: “Team Mums – supporting you exactly where you are.”
