Businesses across Test Valley are being encouraged to enter the Sustainability Award at the Test Valley Business Awards 2026.
The category is sponsored by Test Valley Borough Council, which is supporting the award for the third consecutive year. The Test Valley Business Awards recognise and celebrate the achievements of businesses operating across the borough, from independent start-ups to established employers. Founded in 2004, the awards have spent more than two decades championing local enterprise across Andover, Romsey and the surrounding villages.
The Sustainability Award recognises businesses that are taking positive steps to reduce their environmental impact, improve sustainability and demonstrate a commitment to responsible business practices.
A spokesperson for Test Valley Borough Council said: “Test Valley Borough Council is excited to be sponsoring the Sustainability Award at this year’s Test Valley Business Awards for the third year. In previous years we have met some amazing businesses with some inspiring stories about their sustainability journey. We are keen to meet more so please take a moment and nominate your business or a business that inspires you for the Test Valley Business Awards 2026 Sustainability Award.”
Katie Brooks, Chairman of the Test Valley Business Awards, said: “Sustainability is becoming increasingly important for businesses of all sizes. This award provides an opportunity to recognise organisations that are making positive changes, whether through reducing waste, improving efficiency, supporting their communities or adopting more environmentally responsible ways of working. We are delighted to have Test Valley Borough Council supporting this category once again.”
Businesses can enter themselves, and members of the public can also nominate a deserving organisation. To find out more or submit an entry, visit: https://www.tvbawards.org.uk/enter/
