Andover Mind Introduces New Fundraising Team

Andover Mind has announced its new fundraising team, made up of Lilia Bitouche and Helen Franks.

The two will lead efforts to develop partnerships, support community fundraising and help grow the charity’s income to continue providing mental health services across the local area.

Lilia Bitouche

Lilia Bitouche has taken on the role of Corporate and Community Fundraiser.

After ten years working in the corporate world with a background in culture and marketing, she says she is looking forward to using that experience to build strong partnerships and encourage more businesses to support Andover Mind’s work.

Lilia is passionate about connecting businesses and communities in ways that create meaningful and lasting impact.

Outside of work, she is a mum to two young children aged four and 18 months.

elen Franks

Helen Franks has joined the team focusing on developing new fundraising initiatives and helping diversify the charity’s income streams.

She began her career in the food industry before moving into the charity sector with the Trussell Trust Foodbank network, where she headed their Corporate Partnership team.

Before joining Andover Mind, Helen worked with the Charlie Waller Trust in Newbury, managing corporate partnerships with organisations including Kepler Cheuvreux Foundation, ING Bank, Dunnhumby and Boden.

Helen says she is passionate about using the power of business and community support to improve local mental health and wellbeing.

She also looks after her own wellbeing through regular exercise, including swimming and walking her cocker spaniel May near her home in Marlborough.
