A much-loved Andover fundraiser is making its return this month, with local charity Andover Trees United set to host its Annual Auction of Promises on Friday 23rd May 2025 at Wherwell Village Hall.
The event runs from 6:45pm to 11:00pm and promises a lively evening packed with community spirit, good food, and great entertainment – all in support of the charity’s work connecting young people with nature through outdoor learning and environmental projects across the area, including at Harmony Woods.
Organisers say the event is “more than just a fundraiser” describing it as a celebration of community, nature, and education. Attendees can expect:
- A live and silent auction, hosted by well-known pharmacist and public speaker Sultan ‘Sid’ Dajani
- A two-course supper, courtesy of Bread & Butter Catering
- Live music from local performer Matty Twigg
- A bargain bar (cash only), nibbles and refreshments
There’s also plenty of opportunity to get involved before the event itself.
