Austin Hawk’s Lettings department has once again been recognised for its outstanding customer service after being named the winner for Andover in the prestigious British Property Awards letting award for the fourth consecutive year. The award recognises the team’s commitment to delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants across the town.
The British Property Awards are regarded as one of the UK’s most inclusive estate agency awards, with no entry fee required. This allows the awards to assess the vast majority of estate agents that meet the qualifying criteria within each local area.
Rather than relying on applications or nominations, the awards team independently mystery shops estate agents over an extended period, assessing them against 25 separate customer service criteria. This approach is designed to provide a fair, balanced and impartial evaluation of the service customers receive.
