Andover Town are finally back at the Portway Stadium this evening (Tuesday 2 September) as they welcome Hook in the Hampshire Premier League Senior Division. Kick-off is at 7.45pm.
It’s been a tough start for Town. Still rooted to the foot of the table, the side has endured five straight defeats, scoring just three goals while conceding twenty-two. Supporters will be hoping a return to home turf can spark a turnaround in fortunes.
Hook arrive sitting in ninth place, with three wins and four defeats so far this season. They have scored fifteen goals and conceded the same number, making them unpredictable opponents.
This will be the third meeting between the two sides:
