Foresters Arms Puts Trivia to the Test for Charity!

The Foresters Arms in Andover is set to welcome quiz enthusiasts for a Charity Quiz Night on Wednesday, 26th February, from 7:30 PM. The event will raise vital funds for Finding Freedom, a charity dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic abuse.

With an entry fee of just £2 per person, participants can enjoy an evening of trivia while contributing to an important cause. Refreshments will be included, ensuring a warm and enjoyable atmosphere for all.

The Foresters Arms has long been at the heart of the community, with a strong tradition of supporting good causes. Under the stewardship of landlady Anne Watkins, the pub has raised funds for various charities over the years and continues to serve as a welcoming hub for local events.

Speaking about the upcoming quiz, Anne Watkins said:
“I feel privileged to be asked to host this charity quiz in aid of such a great local cause. At The Foresters, we have always tried to support community charities, and we’re proud to continue that tradition. This event is a fantastic opportunity for people to come together, have fun, and make a real difference.”

Finding Freedom provides crucial support for individuals and families affected by domestic abuse, offering guidance, safe accommodation, and resources to help them rebuild their lives. Events like this quiz night play a vital role in funding the charity’s work.

Teams are encouraged to come along for a night of fun, friendly competition, and fundraising. For more information, visit The Foresters Arms or contact the organisers directly.
