Warrior Collective CIC has launched a new initiative offering free self-defence and personal safety workshops for women and girls in Andover and across Hampshire.
The Warrior Project is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund and will deliver 60 workshops over the next two years. The aim is to empower women and girls with the skills, confidence and knowledge to protect themselves and feel safer.
Sessions are open to all, whether attending for the first time or building on existing knowledge. Workshops are also being delivered in partnership with charities, schools and community groups to support people at higher risk of violence or vulnerability.
The workshops began in June 2025 and will continue through 2027.
