Residents in Andover are being invited to share their views on local health and social care services as part of a new survey launched by Healthwatch Hampshire.

The “What Matters Most” survey is designed to help Healthwatch Hampshire decide which issues to focus on over the next 12 months. People are being asked to choose three areas of health or social care that matter most to them and explain why.
Healthwatch says all feedback is useful, whether residents want to share detailed experiences or just a few brief thoughts.
How to Take Part
The survey is open now and closes on 17 February 2026.
Residents can complete the survey online, or request a paper copy by calling 01962 440 262. Hard copies can also be returned by post.
Why It Matters
Healthwatch Hampshire is independent from the NHS and councils. Its role is to listen to local people’s experiences and make sure their voices are heard when decisions are made about health and care services.
By taking part, Andover residents can help shape future priorities and influence how local services are reviewed and improved.
