Jake Ward’s Jingle Ball returns to The Lights this December

Following the success of last year’s sold-out show at The Lights in Andover, local singer Jake Ward will be bringing his Jingle Ball to the venue again on Sunday 21st December at 3pm.

Jake will be singing some of your favourite festive classics, armed with his usual bag of tricks featuring wigs, props, decorations and more.

The event is family friendly and is rumoured to feature an appearance from Father Christmas himself, along with special goody bags for every child in attendance. There are just over fifty adult tickets remaining with just under fifty days until the show.

It has been a labour of love for the local entertainer: “I found that my family and I were desperate to go to a family friendly show, that didn’t cost the earth and felt inclusive. Whilst we love going to a panto, or a light trail, I wanted to bring friends and families together to enjoy an early evening of music and fun that everyone can attend.

“At one point last year I watched four generations dance along altogether, holding hands. That’s what it’s all about really, and exactly why I’m doing it again.”

The stage is set in the café bar space (The Lights Arena), so it’ll be a free flowing relaxed environment with more than a sprinkle of Christmas cheer. The show is the perfect tonic for those trying to get in the mood for the big day. With surprises and silly games, the show will start at 3pm on Sunday, 21st December and will finish around 6pm. It’s going to be an evening to make more memories this festive period.

A portion of this year’s tickets sales will be going to the MS Society and Autistica, two charities close to Jake’s heart. The last remaining tickets are available on The Lights website here: https://thelights.ticketsolve.com/ticketbooth/shows/1173657015 or you can call the venue Box Office: 01264 368368.
