MOMA Foods has expanded its recall of various porridge pots, sachets, oats and overnight oats over possible mouse contamination at the manufacturing site.
The updated Food Standards Agency notice applies to England, Northern Ireland and Wales and says customers should not eat the affected products.
The FSA says the update extends the recall to affected products with best before dates from 24 April 2026 to 12 March 2027. It also says the 8-pack size for MOMA Almond Butter & Salted Caramel Porridge Pot 55g was included in error in the original notice and has been removed from the updated recall.
The products listed in the updated alert are:
- MOMA Almond Butter & Salted Caramel Porridge Pot 55g – pack sizes 1pk, 12pk
- MOMA Apple, Cinnamon & Brown Sugar Porridge Pot 65g – 1pk, 8pk
- MOMA Cranberry & Raisin Porridge Sachets 6 x 40g – 1pk, 5pk
- MOMA Cranberry & Raisin Instant Porridge Sachets 70g – 5pk, 30pk
- MOMA Plain No-added Sugar Instant Porridge Sachets 65g – 5pk, 15pk, 30pk
- MOMA Jumbo Oats 450g – 1pk, 6pk
- MOMA Raspberry & Apple Overnight Oats 400g – 1pk, 6pk
- MOMA Banana & Peanut Butter Protein Porridge Pot 65g – 1pk, 8pk
- MOMA Blueberry & Vanilla Porridge Pot 65g – 1pk, 8pk
- MOMA Cranberry & Raisin Porridge Pot 70g – 1pk, 8pk, 12pk
- MOMA Golden Syrup Porridge Pot 70g – 1pk, 8pk, 12pk
- MOMA Plain No-Added Sugar Porridge Pot 65g – 1pk, 12pk
- MOMA Almond Butter & Salted Caramel Porridge Sachets 6 x 40g – 1pk, 5pk
- MOMA Apple, Cinnamon & Brown Sugar Porridge Sachets 7 x 40g – 1pk, 5pk

The FSA says these products may contain mouse contamination, making them unsafe to eat. Customers are being told to return them to the store where they were bought for a full refund. MOMA Foods has also said point-of-sale notices will be displayed in stores selling the affected products and on its website.
