Tommy Gentleman has achieved a remarkable feat by setting a new Guinness World Record for the most successful rugby conversions completed in one hour.

The record-breaking attempt took place yesterday at The Recreation Ground in Bath, home of Bath Rugby, where Tommy successfully kicked an incredible 217 conversions in just 60 minutes.
The achievement marks another milestone in Tommy’s ongoing fundraising campaign, which has already raised £17,500 to support free heart screening events for young people.
Speaking after the challenge, Tommy thanked his support team, sponsors, partners and everyone who attended or donated to help make the day a success.
While the Guinness World Record is a significant accomplishment, Tommy has been clear that the challenge is about much more than sporting success.
He undertook the challenge in memory of his brother Jamie and in honour of the many young people who have lost their lives to undiagnosed heart conditions.

The funds raised through the campaign will help provide vital heart screening opportunities, with enough money already secured to fund two events and progress well towards a third.
Tommy said the mission remains focused on three key goals: raising awareness of hidden heart conditions, preventing tragedies through heart screening, and providing ongoing support for affected families.
One of the most memorable moments of the challenge came with the final kick. With approximately 30 seconds remaining on the clock, Tommy took his time before calmly slotting home his last successful conversion to complete the record in style.
The achievement has received widespread praise from supporters, with many recognising both the physical challenge involved and the life-saving cause behind it.
Despite reaching a major fundraising milestone, Tommy says the work is far from over.
“Make no mistake why I’m doing this,” he said. “I’ll keep kicking until that number drops.”
