WellyFest: Celebrating Student Achievements and Community Spirit at The Wellington Academy

The Wellington Academy hosts WellyFest. With the sunshine peaking, The Wellington Academy is opening it’s doors on 19th July to the community for an evening of fun.

Staff at The Wellington Academy have been busy creating a festival to remember, with the sun shining and the music going it will be a community event for all ages. With the school year coming to an end WellyFest is a great community celebration for the school.

WellyFest is being hosted and ran by the school, there will be lots of great stalls run by the students, as well as local external companies, giant inflatables and much more. Refreshments and food will be available at the event along with great bands and musicians.

Matt Money Commercial Manager for The Wellington Academy went on to say “The aim of the event was to award the students for a year of incredibly hard work, not only that but to enable our community to get involved in our celebration. We are incredibly proud of our students and their hard work put into helping organise the event, we look forward to welcoming parents/carers, the wider school and the local community.”

The event is being held at The Wellington Academy, Ludgershall, SP11 9RR, running 5pm – 9pm. If you are interested in having a stall please contact lettings@twschools.org.uk. Entry will cost £2 per adult, kids come in free!
