Andover-based technology company CoolLED is celebrating a major milestone for two of its valued team members. Rich Coverdale and Maxine Guest have each marked 10 years of dedicated service in the company’s production department, earning well-deserved recognition for their contributions.
Rich and Maxine have been instrumental in assembling CoolLED’s industry-leading Illumination Systems, ensuring that every product meets the company’s exacting standards. Known for their precision and reliability, both are widely respected by their colleagues and management alike.
Craig Evans, Operations Director at CoolLED, praised the pair’s hard work during a presentation of their 10-year service awards:
“Rich and Maxine are outstanding examples of what dedication and consistency look like. Their attention to detail is second to none, and their long-standing presence has been central to our continued success. We’re incredibly lucky to have them.”
Outside of work, Rich is an avid motorsports enthusiast and enjoys spending time on his motorbike or with his family. Maxine is a keen gardener and DIYer, and a proud cat owner, balancing her technical skill at work with creativity at home.
To commemorate the milestone, the team gathered outside CoolLED’s Andover headquarters – taking advantage of a rare sunny day – to capture a celebratory photo with Craig.
