Local car enthusiasts’ group Shift Social UK made a generous donation of over £2,300 to Naomi House & Jacksplace, the children’s hospice, just before Christmas.

The funds were raised through the club’s informal car meets, which are held at venues such as The Lion in Clanville and other locations around Andover, Hampshire.
Shift Social UK expressed pride in this achievement, thanking everyone who supported their events and contributed to the fundraising efforts. “It’s a huge achievement for Shift Social and it’s thanks to everybody that comes along and supports us and Naomi House & Jacksplace,” a spokesperson said.
Founded as a community hub for car, bike, and unique vehicle enthusiasts, Shift Social UK brings together people who share a passion for all things automotive. The club also has a strong charitable focus, dedicating its events to raising funds for Naomi House & Jacksplace, which provide vital care for children and young people with life-limiting conditions.
As the year comes to a close, the group extended New Year’s wishes to their supporters and teased the announcement of their 2025 event dates. “Have a happy new year and let’s make 2025 a good one,” they added.
Shift Social UK continues to invite vehicle owners to join their events, bringing along their cars, bikes, or other extraordinary vehicles to share with the community while contributing to a meaningful cause.
