Andover estate agent Austin Hawk is celebrating another major national achievement after two of its managers were shortlisted for prestigious individual industry awards.
John Ward, Sales Manager, has been shortlisted for Manager of the Year – Sales, while Steph Hillier, Lettings Manager, has been shortlisted for Manager of the Year – Lettings at the 2026 EA Masters People Awards.
The awards recognise outstanding individuals from across the UK property industry who demonstrate exceptional leadership, performance and commitment to their teams and clients.
The double shortlist comes at an exciting time for Austin Hawk, with both its Sales and Lettings departments also being recognised amongst the Top 500 estate agents in the UK in the Best Estate Agent Guide 2027.
The Austin Hawk team has been invited to London on 3 November to collect its Best Estate Agent Guide awards, with the winners of the individual People Awards being announced at EA Masters on the same day.
The Best Estate Agent Guide independently assesses estate and letting agencies from across the country, making inclusion amongst the UK’s highest-performing agencies a significant achievement for an independent business based in Andover.
