Andover Anarchy

Young music fans in Andover are getting ready for an afternoon and evening of live entertainment as Andover Anarchy returns to The Lights this October for its second year.

Taking place on Wednesday 28 October 2026, the youth-led music festival will run from 4pm until 9pm, bringing together young people aged between 11 and 18 for a celebration of live music, creativity and local talent.

Created by young people for young people, Andover Anarchy offers a dedicated space for teenagers to enjoy live performances, discover new music and experience the excitement of a festival designed specifically for their age group.

This year’s event will feature a mixture of punk, rock and pop bands, solo performers and a high-profile special guest, promising an exciting line-up of live entertainment.

The festival returns following the success of its inaugural event in 2025, which proved such a success that Andover Anarchy was named a finalist in the Best Music Event category at the very first Andover Music Awards in 2026.

The recognition placed the youth-led festival alongside some of the area’s established music events, highlighting the impact young organisers have already made on Andover’s local music scene.

Andover Anarchy is organised in collaboration with Yellow Brick Road Projects and the Future Leaders and Decision Makers programme, giving young people the opportunity to play an active role in creating and delivering an event for their peers.

The festival is a strictly non-alcoholic event, with soft drinks provided, helping to create an inclusive environment where young people can enjoy live music and socialise.

Tickets are available for a £5 pledge, with limited availability. Young people interested in attending are encouraged to secure their places early.

With its second year approaching and recognition from the Andover Music Awards already under its belt, Andover Anarchy is looking to build on the success of its debut and give the next generation of music fans another memorable experience.
