Enham Trust are asking “If just one click of your mouse or touch of your mobile phone screen could transform thousands of lives, would you do it?“
Leading disability charity Enham Trust is asking members of the public to do just that, as votes have now opened for the Masonic Charitable Foundation’s Community Awards.
The Awards, which sees charities from across the south apply for a grant of £4,000 – £25,000, is only open for voting between 12th June & 31st July; asking the public to vote for the charity and project they feel most passionately for – the charity with the most votes receiving the top award of £25,000.
Enham Trust Head of Income Generation, Hannah Leicester, commented of the initiative “We’re so grateful to the MCF for this opportunity – to win £25,000 would make an incredible difference to the lives of those we support; this money could enable us to employ new Personal Assistants and ensure even more disabled people in the area live as independently as possible.”
Voting takes place between 12th June & 31st July, and all votes must be submitted online via: https://mcf.org.uk/region/hampshire-isle-of-wight/
Enham Trust currently supports over 8,500 disabled people across the country to gain choice, control, and independence over every aspect of their daily lives by providing housing, care, and employment & skills services.
