Independent skincare and lifestyle brand Ziver Organiques will officially open its first permanent shop in Andover’s Chantry Centre on Thursday 1 October 2026, from 12.30pm. Everyone is welcome.

The opening marks an exciting new chapter in founder Tuna Ziver Yoney’s journey from a career in finance to qualified cosmetic formulator and small-business owner.
Born and raised in Cyprus, Tuna spent more than 20 years working in the UK finance industry. However, the pressure and long hours took their toll, aggravating the eczema and psoriasis he had experienced for many years.
His search for something gentler began at his kitchen table, inspired by a piece of advice from his mother:
“If you want beautiful skin, eat dried apricots.”
That simple family wisdom inspired Tuna to create his first apricot hand balm—and ultimately led him in an entirely new direction.
Determined to properly understand the ingredients he was working with, Tuna completed diploma and advanced diploma-level studies in natural and organic skincare formulation and cosmetic science. He began developing his own products, combining professional knowledge with the Mediterranean ingredients he had grown up around, including apricots, pomegranates and olive oil.
Today, Ziver Organiques products are formulated by Tuna and made in small batches. Across the range, he combines carefully selected botanical and repurposed ingredients with modern cosmetic actives. Nothing is included simply because it sounds fashionable; every ingredient must have a purpose.
The brand’s commitment to reducing waste is deeply personal to Tuna. During a visit to Cyprus, he helped to free a turtle that had become caught in discarded fishing nets—an experience that strengthened his determination to build a business that treats both its ingredients and the natural world with greater care.
Ziver Organiques uses recyclable glass and recycled paper, and avoids unnecessary plastic wherever possible. Its philosophy is summed up in the words:
“Repurposed by nature. Led by innovation.”
Even the name of the business carries a personal story. Ziver—pronounced “zee-ver”—was the name of Tuna’s grandfather, a meticulous quilter from Nicosia whose care, patience and attention to detail continue to inspire the way Tuna approaches his own craft.
The new Andover shop will bring together Ziver Organiques’ range of facial oils and serums, lip and hand care, hand-poured candles, home fragrance and gifts. However, Tuna wants the space to offer much more than products on shelves.
Designed as a calm and welcoming “little oasis”, visitors will be encouraged to take their time, try products, learn about the ingredients, ask Tuna questions and enjoy a coffee in the shop’s relaxed seating area.
The store will also host intimate, small-group experiences where guests can learn directly from Tuna and create something of their own. Planned workshops include candle making, lip balm making and perfume creation.
The first workshop will take place on Saturday 3 October at 12pm, following the shop’s grand opening that week. Priced at £39 per person, the 90-minute perfume-making experience will give participants the opportunity to create two perfumes to take home, with expert guidance from Tuna himself. A coffee or soft drink is included.
Places can be booked by visiting the store or through the website at ziverorganiques.com. Further booking details will be displayed on their socials and at the shop shortly.
Tuna said:
“This shop brings together everything I have learned and everything I wanted Ziver Organiques to become. I didn’t want to create somewhere people simply walk in, buy something and leave. I want it to feel welcoming and calm—a place where people can discover what goes into their skincare, ask questions, try the products, enjoy a coffee and take a little time for themselves.
“Ziver Organiques began at my kitchen table with an apricot hand balm. To now be opening our first permanent shop, here in Andover, where I live, means more to me than I can put into words. I hope people will come in, spend some time with us and feel that this is their space too.”
The opening follows Ziver Organiques’ growth online and at markets across Hampshire, including more than 1,800 Etsy sales and over 500 five-star customer reviews.
Many shoppers may already recognise Tuna and Ziver Organiques from artisan markets and events across Hampshire, where he has built a loyal following by meeting customers personally, sharing his knowledge and giving people the opportunity to experience his products for themselves.
For Tuna, opening a permanent shop feels like a natural next step—from welcoming customers at his market stall to creating a space of his own where those conversations, connections and discoveries can continue all year round.
Visitors to the grand opening will be able to meet Tuna, explore the new store and discover the story, science and personal values behind this distinctive local business.
