Andover’s town centre is set to welcome a brand-new addition as Go Fudge Yo’self prepares to open its doors in the former Scope shop, right next door to CEX and EE.

The much-loved local business, run by Andover-born duo Laurien and Ashlyn, is expanding after outgrowing their space at Basepoint – a clear sign of their success and loyal following.
The shop, which is aiming to open in time for Half Term week, promises to be a bright and welcoming space designed to wow children and adults alike. Customers can look forward to an impressive stand featuring more than 30 flavours of handmade pick ’n’ mix fudge, alongside a wall of sweets in jars with over 60 varieties, from traditional favourites to exciting new treats.
In addition to sweets, Go Fudge Yo’self will offer freshly baked goodies such as cookies, brownies, flapjacks and more. To complete the experience, visitors will also be able to enjoy milkshakes and browse a selection of personalised gifts, including fudge gift boxes and sweet jars – perfect for presents or a little indulgence.

Although there won’t be a seating area, the shop is set to be a vibrant, affordable destination that brings something fresh to the high street. Laurien and Ashlyn, who first launched their business on TikTok shop and then grew a loyal customer base from their Basepoint premises, say the move is both exciting and nerve-wracking.
“We’re so excited to be opening in the town centre,” they said. “Being born and bred Andover girls, we understand the uncertainty, but we’ve built our business with strong backbones and determination over the past 18 months. We’ve grown so much already, and we can’t wait to open our doors and share this next step with everyone.”
The arrival of Go Fudge Yo’self highlights the ongoing growth of Andover’s independent business community, with Laurien and Ashlyn’s journey a shining example of local entrepreneurship turning passion into success.
