Shoppers in Andover will soon be able to enjoy their favourite convenience store products delivered straight to their doorstep, as the Premier store on Andover High Street launches a new free local delivery service.
From Monday 19th October, the town centre shop will be offering free home delivery to customers living within a four-mile radius, following a new partnership with grocery delivery platform Scoot.
The initiative aims to make shopping more convenient for local residents, particularly those who may struggle to visit the High Street or simply prefer to have their everyday essentials delivered to their homes.
Unlike some other delivery services, Premier says customers will pay exactly the same prices as they would in-store, with no additional commission or delivery charges.
Customers will also be able to take advantage of the store’s regular Premier promotions and special offers without having to leave their homes.
To celebrate the launch, the store is introducing an exclusive delivery-only promotion during its first week, offering customers any five English Monster energy drinks for just £5.
The new service comes as convenience and accessibility continue to play an important role in how people shop, with local businesses increasingly looking for ways to reach customers beyond their physical premises.
By partnering with Scoot, the High Street retailer hopes to make its products more accessible to residents across Andover and the surrounding neighbourhoods, while maintaining the competitive prices available in-store.
Customers wishing to use the service simply need to download the Scoot app, enter their postcode and browse the products available for delivery.
The app is available for both Apple and Android devices.
